Warranty Programmes

We strive to have the best warranties in the business and believe in 100% customer satisfaction or your money back. Depending on the product you have purchased from us, different warranty terms apply.

If you have purchased any of our quality products and have a warranty related problem, please proceed as follows: A copy of the original invoice may be required as proof of purchase. Use of our products for any purpose other than what it was originally intended or sold for, as well as any other form of misuse or abuse will void all warranties. Normal wear and tear and depletion due to normal use over the intended life of the product is not covered under warranty.

Please check the installation carefully and ensure that it follows the written instructions thoroughly. In addition, please check all electrical outlets for power. If there is a leak at a fitting connection using John Guest Fittings, please check to ensure that the tubing is pushed firmly into the fitting (i.e. fully inserted into the fitting and “bottoms out”)
